![]() ![]() How it got past the Best Picture list for its year is amazing to me. I won't reveal how it all turns out, but let me just say that "Body Heat" is the most underrated movie of the 1980's. The rest is a film noir of epic proportions. But beware, she is a vamp, who hooks a less than intelligent lawyer Ned Racine (William Hurt) into a scheme to kill her rich husband Edmond Walker (Richard Crenna). ![]() Once she gets up from a seat in a crowd at a summer band concert in Florida and walks across the screen with her crisp white dress and long flowing hair blowing in the wind, you and I are hooked. Kathleen Turner never looked sexier than she does in "Body Heat" as Mattie Walker. Body Heat Sizzles with Great Plot & Characters ![]()
